The Alliston Creamery is a small, family-owned business, located in Alliston, Ontario, approximately one hour north of Toronto, 30 minutes southwest of Barrie. We manufacture and sell salted and unsalted butter in 1-lb. prints and 25-kg. solid blocks. We also manufacture salted and cultured organic butter for Organic Meadow in 1-lb. prints and 250-gm prints, and manufacture unsalted organic butter for UNFI in 10-kg blocks. We are also proud to manufacture a number of private-label brands for a small number of customers, for their distribution and sales in the Toronto area. Our distribution area stretches from Windsor in the west to Ottawa in the east and up to Espanola and Sault Ste. Marie in the north. Our main source for cream and distribution of butter is in the Golden Horseshoe (Toronto - Niagara Falls).
